Banana Bread Recipe
4 large bananas
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 beaten egg
3 Tablespoons melted butter
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups chopped nuts
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mash the bananas in your mixing bowl.
3. Using a mixer, add in the sugar, egg and butter. Mix until combined
4. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl either by sifting or stiring. Add to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
5. Add nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit to the batter.
6. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
